Concert Procedures:
The following concert protocols are important for a number of reasons, including establishing clear expectations for participants (including commitments, waivers and releases), managing appropriate usages of media (related to copyright and permissions), communicating clearly with patrons, and maintaining sustainable staff workloads. It is the responsibility of the concert Artistic Director to be familiar with these procedures, to follow these procedures, and to communicate them, as appropriate to concert participants.
