Jenn Pray is a multi-faceted dance artist whose career includes choreography, community engaged performance, and international touring of solo and ensemble work. Originally from central Iowa, Jenn graduated with high distinction from the University of Iowa in 2012 with a BA in Dance & International Studies. Jenn was based in Minneapolis for 9 years, where she was a nationally touring company artist with Stuart Pimsler Dance & Theater. She has had the pleasure of working with Threads Dance Project, STRONGmovement, Live Action Set, Ballet Minnesota, Martha Clarke and Penny Freeh. Jenn has been fortunate to perform and present her choreography throughout the US, the Netherlands, Germany, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Her choreography has been presented by Tanzwerkstatt Europa, The Southern Theater, Threads Dance Project, Iowa Dance Theatre, the Minnesota Museum of American Art, and at festivals, galleries and museums throughout the Midwest. Jenn has taught dance and yoga for over ten years and is dedicated to inspiring artistry and expressiveness in her students.
