Psychology | Dance
Jackie leans on a rail and smiles

Jackie Fasano, originally from Maryland, decided to move across the country to try something new and different. Since then she has fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest. She is graduating with a BA in psychology and dance and hopes to use these in her career. She has had the honor of performing in the University of Washington Dance Department's MFA concert in 2019 and the Dance Majors concert in 2020. She has a passion for helping others and hopes to be able to mix this with dance at some point in her future.

What is one of your favorite moments from your time with the Department of Dance?

The most amazing part of the Department of Dance is the people in it. For this reason, one of my favorite moments include performing in the dance concerts. It is so great to be able to collaborate with such inspiring individuals.

What plans or goals do you have for post-graduation?

I hope to get a job working in social services so that I can pursue my passion for helping people. I will continue to dance in whatever way I can.
