Biography

Asriel Sioson is a Filipino male who learned to dance through watching family dancing around me since the age of nine. Taking his first step into a studio setting in college--in other words, He had been teaching himself and learning from trial and error since the day he started. Asriel is a hip hop based dancer who specializes in isolation and intricate movements involving humor and moments of quirky things. Using facials and his personality to keep your drawn in and laughing. In 2017, he founded a K-pop dance cover group, Beginning to End (B2E), which is performing at multiple events and videos regularly on Youtube, hopefully inspiring more dancers at home to learn dancing the same way he did.

What is one of your favorite moments from your time with the Department of Dance?

Choreographing for the Dance Majors Concert! 

What plans or goals do you have for post-graduation?

To open the first Alcohol Boba Bar in Washington.
