Husky Card Access to Meany Hall

remember to bring your husky cardBuilding Hours 

Meany Hall is open and unlocked from 8am - 6pm, Monday-Friday (when the University is in session). 

Otherwise, an active, authorized UW Husky Card is required to access the building. Husky Card readers are available on the exterior doors from Red Square as well as the “LL” entrance on the west side of the building (from Stevens Way). 

Evening Building Access

All current UW students, faculty, and staff can use their HuskyCard to tap into Meany Hall between the hours of 6pm - 9pm, Monday-Friday.

Weekend Building Access

Current Dance Majors and approved guests can use their HuskyCard to tap into Meany Hall 8am - 9pm, Saturday-Sunday

Dance Studio Access

Current Dance Majors and approved guests can use their Husky Card to enter the Dance Department Studios 6pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday and 8am - 10pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Card access does not remove the requirement to make a studio reservation in advance. 

Evening and weekend access is specifically intended for appropriate academic and extracurricular activities. Unauthorized, unsafe, or otherwise inappropriate use of Meany Hall and/or Dance Department facilities will result in the loss of Husky Card access privileges. Questions? Contact uwdance@uw.edu.
