Biography
Amaya has loved her dance experience here at UW where she has made so many friends, and memories, and performed in the department shows. She has served as the Dance Student Association Community Outreach Coordinator and is thankful that DSA was able to put on their APEX show this spring! Wish Amaya luck as she begins her adventure attending the Disney College Program this fall in Orlando, Florida!
What is one of your favorite moments from your time with the Department of Dance?
My favorite moment with the Department of Dance was this year's (2022) Dance Majors Concert! I had so much fun dancing with my friends, as well as making new ones.
What plans or goals do you have for post-graduation?
I plan to dance in the parades or theater productions at Disneyland or Disney World!
